Orders & Payment

Shipping

• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products:

• All tea sales are final
• We do not accept returns on opened products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details.

We reserve the right to determine appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund.
