The Owl and The Raven began the way most true things do — quietly, in the space between intention and intuition. What started as a creative outlet alongside the demands of running healthcare businesses became something deeper: a return to roots, a honoring of ancestry, a way to share sacred practice through something as simple and ancient as tea.

Our founder comes from Celtic blood. The rhythms of the moon, the turning of the Wheel of the Year, the thin places where the veil parts — these aren't trends she discovered. They're inheritance. They're home. But a vision is only as strong as the people who help bring it to life.

Brittany transforms ideas into blends — scaling recipes, managing production, turning "what if we tried..." into tea you can hold in your hands. Bridget brings the visual magic — the labels, the ritual cards, the designs that make you feel something before you even open the bag. Espi and Maria add their hands and hearts to the daily work, helping us grow while staying true to who we are. LisaMarie gets us out into the world — building our presence so you can find us. Laura shares and champions the vision, seeing possibilities we haven't even imagined yet. Kaitlyn and Ashley keep us grounded — reminding us of the foundation when our heads are in the stars. And Yelitza, our enthusiastic tea taster — because every blend needs someone willing to take that first sip and tell us the truth.

This is a collaboration. A team of women who believe tea can be more than a beverage — it can be ceremony, connection, a moment of sacred pause in an ordinary day.
