Black Teas

Variations of black tea blends

Raven's Call

The raven calls at the edge of dawn and dusk. Bold Assam meets warm cinnamon bark, bright orange peel, and the dark sweetness of blackberries, with whispers of star anise and clove adding mystery to every sip. A tea that moves between worlds — grounding and bright, familiar and wild.

Tasting Notes: Bold | Warming | Berry | Spiced

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 212°F | 4-5 minutes

Caravan Moon

Under a silver moon, the caravan moves eastward. Smoky Russian Caravan tea — a storied blend of Keemun, Lapsang Souchong, and oolong — meets soft vanilla and bright orange peel. A tea that carries you somewhere ancient, somewhere warm, somewhere the fire never goes out.

Tasting Notes: Smoky | Smooth | Vanilla | Citrus

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 212°F | 4-5 minutes

Winter Solstice

The longest night deserves the warmest cup. Bright Ceylon black tea meets cinnamon, star anise, and clove, with tart cranberries glowing like embers. Orange rind and ginger add spark, while vanilla smooths it all into celebration. This is the return of the light, one sip at a time.

Tasting Notes: Festive | Warming | Spiced | Bright

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 212°F | 4-5 minutes

Love Spell

Some magic doesn't need a wand. Earthy pu-erh and dark cacao meet cool peppermint and soft rose, with honeybush and vanilla weaving sweetness through every sip. Rich, romantic, and a little bit dangerous. Consider yourself enchanted.

Tasting Notes: Chocolatey | Cooling | Floral | Smooth

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 212°F | 4-5 minutes

Embers and Starlight

The last embers glow as starlight fills the winter sky. Elegant Darjeeling meets warm honeybush and roasted chestnut, with vanilla drifting through like woodsmoke fading into night. A tea for quiet evenings and deep conversations.

Tasting Notes: Elegant | Nutty | Warming | Smooth

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 200°F | 3-4 minutes

Corazon De Chocolate

The heart of chocolate, beating in a cup. Two Chinese black teas meet earthy cacao, warm cinnamon,

bright blood orange, and the slow building heat of ancho chili. Annatto turns the cup the color of

Mexican clay. This is not European chocolate. This is chocolate the way it was born — spiced, earthy,

alive.

Tasting Notes Chocolate | Cinnamon | Earthy | Slow Heat

Brewing 212°F | 4–5 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Eclipse of a crow Moon

The Owl stands watch. The Raven carries the message into the dark. Two black tea bases — Ceylon as

guardian, Assam as carrier — anchored by night-blooming jasmine and honeysuckle, turned by a

whisper of spearmint, and sealed with blood orange peel. Conceived under a lunar eclipse. Carrying

the energy of an unrepeatable night.

Tasting Notes Grounded | Floral | Turning

Brewing 212°F | 4–5 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Wild Fire

Two Chinese black teas anchor the cup: Keemun brings wine-like sophistication and a smooth,

almost orchid-scented depth. Royal Yunnan brings honey-gold sweetness and body. Together

they create a base worthy of the tradition they serve. Then the fire arrives. Ginger is the horse’s

heat — bright, forward, unapologetic. Hibiscus turns the cup a deep lucky red, the color of

celebration and good fortune.

Tasting Note: Spicy |  Bold | Rich

Brewing 212°F | 4–5 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Dubai Dusk

Dubai was not discovered. It was decided. A city built from intention, from vision, from sheer collective will applied to a desert shore. What exists there now — the glass and the gold, the impossible architecture, the luxury that arrived through centuries of trade routes and then accelerated into something the world had never seen — was not given. It was built.

Tasting Notes: Rich |  Chocolate |  Bold

BREWING:
1 tsp per 8oz  ~  212°F (boiling)

Green Teas & Mint Teas

Variations of Mint and Green tea blends

Marrakech Starlight

Escape to the night markets of Marrakech, where mint tea flows freely under desert stars. Traditional Moroccan mint — cool gunpowder green and fresh spearmint — meets fragrant rose buds and bright orange rind. Close your eyes. You're already there.

Tasting Notes: Cool Mint |  Floral | Bright

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 175°F | 3-4 minutes

Moonstone

Moonstone is luminous from the first sip — a graceful blend of delicate white tea and bright green tea, touched with bergamot that lifts without overpowering. Honey sweetness glows through, followed by clean citrus that sparkles like the gem itself.

Tasting Notes: Citrus | Honey | Bright | Ethereal

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 175°F | 2-3 minutes

Crimson Frost

Bold organic gunpowder green tea provides a robust, slightly smoky foundation that stands up beautifully to the tartness of dried cranberries - creating that gorgeous crimson color that gives this tea its name. Bright organic orange peel adds citrus clarity, while warming organic cinnamon bark brings just enough spice to balance the cranberry's tang

Tasting Notes: Bright | Tart | Citrus | Warming

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 175°F | 2-3 minutes

Oolong Teas

Variations of Mint and Green tea blends

Immortal Gardens

Premium 8 Immortals oolong - a special variety of Ti Kuan Yin known for its smooth, honeyed character - forms an exquisite foundation. Sweet organic dried pears add delicate fruit notes that feel both familiar and otherworldly, while fragrant osmanthus flowers bring their signature apricot-like perfume that's been treasured in Chinese tea culture for centuries.

Tasting Notes:  Floral | Honey | Pear | Smooth

Brewing:  1 tsp per 8oz | 195°F | 3-4 minutes

Ritual Teas - Seasons of the witch

Sacred Ceremonial Blends

Samhain Ritual

The veil thins. The ancestors draw near. Bold black tea grounds you to this world while rose buds open the heart to those who came before. Orange peel illuminates the path between worlds — a candle in the window, a light left burning. They're listening.

Tasting Notes: Bold | Floral | Citrus | Grounding

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 200°F | 4-5 minutes

Yule Ritual

The longest night calls you inward. Ancient Forest tea — deep, smoky, primordial — meets sacred pine, rosemary for remembrance, and juniper for protection. Star anise and green cardamom warm the spirit as you sit with the darkness and wait for the light to return. This is not celebration. This is ceremony.

Tasting Notes: Woodsy | Smoky | Evergreen | Grounding

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 195-200°F | 5-6 minutes

Imbolc Ritual

At the midpoint of winter's darkness, a flame stirs. Smoky Lapsang Souchong carries prayers like sacred fire, while honeybush and chamomile bring Brigid's healing touch. Lavender and rose open the heart, calendula honors the returning sun, and honey crystals sweeten the hope that spring will come. It always does.

Includes ritual card

Tasting Notes: Gentle Smoke | Floral | Honey | Healing

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 195°F | 5 minutes

Beltane Ritual

Wild green pu-erh meets the fire of Beltane. Rose carries the heart's passion, hawthorn blooms sacred to the May tree, strawberry sweetens with desire, and hibiscus turns the cup fire-red. Honey crystals arrive at the end — the sweetness that follows surrender. Brew at dusk. Let the wild in.

 Brewing: 200°F | 4–5 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Tasting Notes: Floral  |  Honey  |  Grounding

Memories Of Tomorrow "White Queen"

She remembers things that haven’t happened yet, and her tears taste like jasmine. Monkey Picked White tea — rare, buttery, with a natural apricot whisper — forms a base as delicate as her nature. Jasmine mist drifts through pale pear sweetness, frost-touched elderflower hovers at the edges, and vanilla moonlight lingers in the finish.

Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz | 175°F | 3–4 minutes

Tasting Notes: Floral  |  Soft  |  Relax

The Sage Of Wonderland "Caterpillar"

Who are you?” he asked from atop his mushroom. A simple question. The hardest question.

The Sage of Wonderland is the Caterpillar’s tea — earthy, grounding, and profoundly transformative. Green pu-erh creates a dark, mysterious foundation. Reishi mushroom pieces add their legendary depth. And warming spices build slowly: cinnamon, ginger, the smoky mystery of black cardamom, and black pepper’s tingle at the very end.

  Brewing

200°F | 5–6 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Tasting Notes: Deep  |  Earth

The Vanishing "Cheshire Cat"

The Vanishing is the Cheshire Cat’s tea — and like the Cat himself, it’s not quite what it seems. Butterfly pea flowers steep into an impossible deep blue that stops you mid-pour. Peach blossom adds a soft, dreamy sweetness. Apple pieces bring gentle fruit. Violet leaves add an elusive floral note you can never quite catch. And cornflower petals float through the dark blue like fragments of sky.

Brewing

200°F | 4–5 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Tasting Notes: Mysterious  | Sweet  |  Floral

WonderStruck "Alice"

Wonderstruck is Alice’s tea — the simplest blend in the Wonderland Collection, and that simplicity is entirely the point. English Breakfast, the most familiar tea in the world, with just a whisper of lavender and a scattering of blue cornflower petals floating in the amber cup.

Three ingredients.

Brewing

212°F | 4 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Tasting Notes: Bold  | Warm  |  Sweet

Honey and Hush "Dormouse"

Honey & Hush is the Dormouse’s tea — tucked-away comfort in a cup. Golden chamomile creates a honeyed foundation that soothes on contact. Honeybush adds its natural caramel character, making the chamomile feel richer and more complex than it has any right to be. Passionflower brings gentle calm. Vanilla pieces add warmth. And honey crystals at the finish make the whole cup taste like being taken care of.

Brewing

200°F | 5–6 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Tasting Notes: Golden  |  Warm  |  Calming

Down we go "White Rabbit"

Down We Go is the White Rabbit’s tea — the highest caffeine blend in the entire Wonderland Collection. Yerba mate and Ceylon black tea create a double-engine energy system that doesn’t crash.

Lemongrass adds bright, citrusy urgency. Honeybush rounds the mate into something genuinely enjoyable. And dried apricot adds a golden sweetness at the end, like finding a pocket watch in the garden.

Brewing

212°F | 3–4 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Tasting Note: Bright  |  Grassy  |  Citrus

Unhinged & Wonderful "Mad Hatter"

Unhinged & Wonderful is the Mad Hatter’s tea — chaos in a cup that shouldn’t work but absolutely does. Smoky Lapsang Souchong forms the base, and before you object, just wait. Cacao nibs add dark chocolate depth. Orange peel brings citrus brightness. And then peppermint crashes in at the very end like it arrived at the wrong party and made it better.

Brewing

212°F | 4–5 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Tasting Notes: Dark  | Smoky  | Bold

Contarwise "Tweadle Dee"

“Contrariwise,” said Tweedledee, “if it was so, it might be; and if it were so, it would be; but as it isn’t, it ain’t. That’s logic.”

They look alike but they couldn’t be more different. Dee is light where Dum is dark. Dee ends with a KICK (pink peppercorn surprise). Dum ends SWEET (lavender whisper). Both share ginger — but in Dee it reads bright and sharp, while in Dum it reads warm and round.

Brewing:

 175°F, 2–3 min 1 tsp per 8oz

Tasrting Notes: Bright  |  Forward  |  Spicy

Nohow "Tweadle Dum"

Contrariwise & Nohow are the Tweadle twins — two teas that are always sold together and never separated. Dee is a delicate Snow Sprouting green tea with bright lemongrass, yuzu citrus, and a pink peppercorn kick you don’t see coming. Dum is a bold Yunnan black tea with blood orange, honey crystals, vanilla warmth, and a yuzu peel whisper at the very end.

Both share ginger.

Brewing

 1 tsp per 8oz 212°F, 4–5 min

Tasting Notes: Rich  |  Orange |  Warm

The Misunderstood "Jabberwocky"

The Misunderstood is the Jabberwocky’s tea — and it’s not what you expect. Ancient Forest tea from trees that have been alive for 500 to 2,700 years creates a foundation of extraordinary depth and smoothness. This is a tea that doesn’t need to shout because it’s been here longer than everything else in the room.

Then the surprises arrive.

Brewing

200°F | 4–5 min | 1 tsp per 8 oz

Tasting Notes: Deep |  Vivid  |  Sweet
