OUR MAIN LINE
These are the blends that define who we are - the signature teas that carry the spirit of The Owl and The Raven Tea Company in every cup.
Raven's Call stands as our cornerstone, embodying the bold, transformative energy of the Raven herself. This is the tea that taught us what perfect balance tastes like, the blend we return to again and again.
Snow Owl represents the contemplative Owl in her winter form - the first of our seasonal Owl variations that shift with the wheel of the year, each capturing a different facet of clarity and wisdom through Ceylon tea and seasonal fruits.
Our main line also includes signature blends like Marrakech Starlight (born from a deep love of Moroccan mint and inspiring a sourcing journey to Morocco itself), Caravan Moon (our take on exotic spice with a lunar twist), and Embers & Starlight (capturing twilight's magic in a Darjeeling-based blend).
Each tea in our main line is crafted to become part of your daily ritual, sophisticated enough to reward attention yet approachable enough to become a beloved habit. These are the teas that introduce you to our philosophy, our quality standards, and our belief that exceptional tea should be both an art and an everyday pleasure.
RAVEN'S CALL
This is where it all began - our signature blend and the beating heart of The Owl and The Raven Tea Company.
The first taste is bold and commanding - this is black tea that means business, malty and full-bodied. Then the spices begin their dance: cinnamon's warmth, star anise's exotic sweetness, clove's aromatic bite. The blackberries emerge with unexpected sweetness, and the orange peel keeps everything lifted and bright rather than heavy. As it opens up, you'll find the blend becoming almost wine-like in its complexity, with the fruit and spice creating something far more sophisticated than the sum of its parts.
This is the tea that taught us everything about what a great blend should be - unapologetically bold yet surprisingly balanced, complex enough to reward attention yet approachable enough to become your daily ritual. It's the kind of tea you brew strong in the morning when you need courage, steep again in the afternoon when you need grounding, and return to again and again because it never gets boring.
Raven's Call is transformation in a cup. Bold. Mysterious. Utterly essential.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes.
SNOW OWL (Winter Owl)
Meet the Owl in her winter form - the contemplative counterpart to our bold Raven's Call, and the first in our seasonal Owl series that shifts with the turning year.
The first sip is brisk and berry-forward - the Ceylon comes through clean and bright, then the pomegranate adds its distinctive tartness, and the elderberries bloom with dark fruit complexity. The dual mints arrive like winter wind, cooling and clarifying, making this surprisingly invigorating despite being a black tea. It's ethereal in a way black tea rarely manages to be - there's nothing heavy or malty here, just brightness, berries, and that crisp mint finish that tastes exactly like winter moonlight feels.
Add a splash of milk and cream, and something magical happens: the berries become creamy and almost dessert-like, the Ceylon's brightness softens into something gentle and comforting, and the mint becomes a whisper rather than a shout. Or drink it straight for that full crystalline clarity.
Snow Owl proves that delicate doesn't mean weak, that winter can be invigorating rather than oppressive, and that the Owl's wisdom comes in many forms. Available only during the winter months, this is your companion for contemplative mornings and clear-headed afternoons when you need to see through the darkness to what lies beyond.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes. Seasonal - December through February only.
MARRAKECH STARLIGHT
The first sip is all cooling mint, then the rose blooms softly in the background and the orange peel adds unexpected brightness. It's refreshing without being sharp, floral without being perfumy, exotic without being unfamiliar. This is the tea that tastes like travel - like discovering something authentic and bringing it home to share.
Originally created as a full moon exclusive, Marrakech Starlight became too beloved to limit. It's the perfect afternoon refresher, the ideal after-dinner digestive, or your ticket to somewhere far away without leaving your kitchen.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes.
EMBERS & STARLIGHT
The first sip is light and floral from the Darjeeling, then the chestnuts add this beautiful roasted depth, and the honeybush weaves through with natural sweetness. It's sophisticated but not fussy, comforting but not heavy. The name says it all - this is that perfect moment when the last warmth of day meets the first stars of night.
Embers & Starlight has become a year-round favorite for those who want something special without being overly bold. It's the tea for transitions - morning to afternoon, work to rest, or just finding a moment of peace in between.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes.
CARAVAN MOON
The first sip is all smoky intrigue, then the vanilla smooths it into something almost creamy, and the orange peel keeps it from ever feeling heavy. It's exotic but approachable, bold but balanced - the kind of tea that makes you feel like you're somewhere far away, trading stories with travelers from distant lands.
Caravan Moon proves that smoky teas don't have to be one-dimensional. This is for those who want adventure in their cup, who appreciate complexity, and who believe that the best journeys happen when you're willing to venture off the familiar path.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes.
IMMORTAL GARDENS
The first sip is pure oolong elegance - smooth, slightly floral, naturally sweet. Then the pear emerges gently, and the osmanthus adds this beautiful fragrance that makes the whole experience feel elevated and special. It's the kind of tea that demands you slow down and pay attention, that rewards multiple steepings as the layers continue to unfold.
Immortal Gardens is our premium offering for those who appreciate the artistry of fine tea. Named for the legendary 8 Immortals of Chinese mythology, this blend embodies timeless beauty and the kind of quality that never goes out of style.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes.
IRISH BREAKFAST
This isn’t your hotel lobby breakfast tea. This is the real thing — the kind of cup that could wake
the dead in Galway and send them out the door whistling.
Three black teas build the foundation: bold Assam brings the malty muscle, Ceylon adds
brightness and briskness, and Keemun brings a subtle wine-dark depth that most breakfast teas
never bother with. Then we did something no one else does — a pinch of Irish moss, the sea
vegetable that gives this cup a barely-there mineral quality, like salt air coming through an open
window on the coast.
The first sip is strong and direct — this tea looks you in the eye. Then the three bases reveal their
layers: malty warmth, citrus brightness, smoky sophistication. The Irish moss is the thing you
can’t quite name but would miss if it were gone — that whisper of the coast that makes this Irish
and not just “breakfast.”
Irish Breakfast is for the person who wants their morning tea to have backbone, character, and a
story worth telling. It’s the cup that says “I’m awake, I’m here, and I’m not messing about.”
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes.
MOONSTONE
The first sip is gentle and floral, then the bergamot adds its signature brightness - that recognizable citrus note that feels both comforting and exotic. The white and green tea blend keeps it light and smooth, perfect for any time of day when you want something refined but not heavy. It's complex enough to be interesting, familiar enough to be instantly lovable.
Moonstone has become a favorite for those who appreciate bergamot but want something lighter and more delicate than traditional Earl Grey. It's the tea that proves elegant doesn't have to mean complicated.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes.
CRIMSON FROST
The first sip is brisk and tart from the cranberries, then the gunpowder green adds its distinctive bold character, and the cinnamon weaves through with gentle warmth. The orange peel keeps everything bright and lifted. It's festive without being sweet, sophisticated without being fussy - the kind of tea that works as well iced in summer as it does hot during the holidays.
Crimson Frost proves that green tea can be bold and that tart can be craveable. This is for those who appreciate complexity, who want flavor without sugar, and who believe the best teas make you reach for a second cup before the first is even finished.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes.
SPRING OWL
Meet the Owl in her spring form — the awakening counterpart to Snow Owl’s winter
contemplation, trading frost and berries for cherry blossoms and warm sunshine.
Ceylon black tea is the guardian base, the same steady presence that carries every Owl through
every season. Dried strawberries and dried cherries bring the orchard to life — bright berry
sweetness paired with darker fruit depth. Then the cherry blossoms arrive, and this is where
Spring Owl becomes something special: the whole cherry tree in a cup, fruit and flower together,
the way spring actually works in nature. Honey crystals at the finish add the gentlest kiss of
sweetness — like sunshine warming your face for the first time after a long winter.
The first sip is bright and berry-forward, the Ceylon clean and present underneath. The
strawberries hit first with their sunny sweetness, then the cherries add a rounder, darker fruit
note. The cherry blossom is delicate — you don’t taste “flower,” you taste something that makes
the fruit feel complete, the way blossoms make a tree feel complete. The honey arrives at the
very end as a soft landing. It’s optimistic without being naive, sweet without being sugary, and
unmistakably spring.
Spring Owl is for the first warm morning when you open the window and the air smells
different. For the day you notice the buds on the branches. For anyone ready to believe that
winter is actually, finally, over.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes. Seasonal — March through May only.
ECLIPSE OF A CROW MOON
This tea was born at 4:00 AM on March 3, 2026, during the total eclipse of the Blood Crow
Moon over Albuquerque, New Mexico. Every ingredient was chosen by intuition as the shadow
crossed the moon’s face. That provenance is unrepeatable. The eclipse will never happen again
exactly this way. Neither will this tea.
Two black tea bases carry the story: Ceylon is the Owl — the guardian, the steady keeper who
stands watch. Assam is the Raven — the carrier, the dark flight that takes your message into the
eclipse and brings it back transformed. Together they hold the cup with quiet authority. Jasmine
and honeysuckle arrive as equal voices — two night-blooming flowers that release their scent
only in the dark, the whisper of spring arriving under a blood moon. Spearmint is the turning
point — the moment the air shifts, the shadow breaks, that cool clarity right before the light
returns. And blood orange peel is the blood moon herself — warm, bittersweet, glowing.
The first sip is grounded and warm — the two bases hold you steady. Then the florals appear,
gentle but present, not hiding. The spearmint is a whisper you feel more than taste — the
turning point in the cup. The blood orange arrives last, warm and glowing. The arc of this tea
mirrors the arc of the eclipse itself: dark and grounded, stirring, turning, blooming into light.
Shadow to bloom. The eclipse in a cup.
Eclipse of a Crow Moon is for those who understand that the most powerful moments happen
when you’re awake at hours no one else is, paying attention to what the sky is doing, and
trusting that the light always returns.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes.
CELTIC FIRESIDE
Close your eyes. You’re in a stone cottage on the western coast. The turf fire crackles low. Rain
taps the window. Someone hands you a cup of something that smells like smoke and warmth
and centuries of knowing exactly how to get through a long night.
Two bold black teas share the hearth: Lapsang Souchong brings the smoke — pine-fired,
ancestral, the original smoked tea from China’s Wuyi mountains — while Assam brings malty
strength and body. Together they create a fire that burns steady, never harsh. Honeybush adds
its natural caramel sweetness like a turf fire’s amber glow. Vanilla pieces soften everything just
enough. Orange peel keeps the smoke from ever feeling heavy, and cinnamon chips bring
warmth that settles into your bones.
The first sip is smoke — but the good kind, the kind that means safety and shelter, not
destruction. Then the sweetness arrives: honeybush and vanilla turning the smoke into
something almost dessert-like. The orange peel lifts it, the cinnamon grounds it, and the Assam
makes sure the whole thing has enough backbone to stand up straight. It’s smoky without being
overwhelming, sweet without being cloying, warming without being heavy.
Celtic Fireside is the tea for cold evenings, rainy afternoons, and anyone who’s ever stared into a
fire and felt the centuries staring back. Takes milk like a dream. Never, ever brew it weak.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes. Rare Leaf Reserve.
CELEBRATION TEAS
Celebration teas are crafted for joy, for sharing, for marking life's moments both grand and simple. These are the blends you'll reach for when hosting a gathering, gifting a friend, or simply treating yourself to something special on an ordinary Tuesday.
Available in 2oz and 4oz sizes, celebration teas are designed for flexibility and abundance. Brew them hot for cozy winter evenings or iced for summer refreshment. Share them at tea parties or claim them as your personal daily ritual. Add milk and honey, or drink them straight - these blends are forgiving and generous, created to bring pleasure without requiring perfection.
Our celebration teas range from bold and spiced to delicate and floral, from caffeine-rich morning blends to gentle caffeine-free evening companions. Many begin as limited seasonal releases - appearing for specific occasions or times of year. When demand proves a blend has captured hearts (and taste buds), it may earn a permanent place in our collection or return as an anticipated seasonal favorite.
What makes a celebration tea? The intention to gather, to enjoy, to say "this moment matters" without needing a formal ritual. Whether you're celebrating a holiday, a season, a friendship, or simply the fact that you made it through the day - there's a celebration tea for that.
These are teas meant to be generous with. Pour them freely, share them widely, and let them remind you that ordinary moments become extraordinary when we pause to savor them.
CELEBRATION TEA RELEASES
LOVE SPELL
The first sip is pure enchantment - deep chocolate earthiness from the pu-erh and cacao, then that subtle hint of mint dances in the background, and the rose weaves through with gentle romance. It's sophisticated enough for a candlelit evening yet playful enough for sharing with someone you adore (or enjoying solo because you're worth it). The pu-erh base makes this surprisingly complex - it's not just chocolate-mint, it's earthy, smooth, with layers that keep revealing themselves.
Love Spell quickly became a staff favorite during testing and earned its permanent place in our collection. It's the tea for romantic gestures, self-care rituals, or any moment when you want to feel a little bewitched by something delicious.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes.
WINTER SOLSTICE
The first sip is pure celebration - warming spices, tart-sweet cranberries, and that unmistakable taste of the holidays. The crystallized ginger adds little bursts of sweet heat, while the Ceylon base keeps everything bright and lively. This is the tea for gatherings, for making memories, for marking the moment when darkness turns back toward light.
Winter Solstice only appears once a year, and once this batch is gone, it's gone until next December. It's become a beloved tradition for those who know to stock up while they can - the tea that tastes like the best parts of the holiday season in a cup.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes. Limited batch production.
YULETIDE MOONLIGHT
When the celebrations wind down and it's time to find peace in the quiet winter evening, Yuletide Moonlight offers gentle comfort without caffeine. Naturally sweet organic rooibos and calming organic chamomile flowers create a soothing foundation that's perfect for the whole family. Warming organic cinnamon bark and nutmeg bring cozy spice, while sweet apple pieces and allspice add layers of gentle flavor. Cooling organic peppermint and tart rose hips brighten the blend, creating something peaceful but never boring.
The first sip is pure comfort - sweet rooibos warmth, gentle chamomile calm, and those cozy holiday spices that feel like wrapping yourself in a soft blanket. The apple and peppermint keep it interesting, the rose hips add a subtle tang. It's caffeine-free so you can enjoy it anytime, sophisticated enough for adults but gentle enough for children.
Like Winter Solstice, Yuletide Moonlight appears only in December for one limited batch. It's the tea for quiet moments, for winding down after busy days, for finding stillness in the season's rush. Stock up while you can - this peaceful companion disappears until next year.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes. Limited batch production. Caffeine-free.
WILD FIRE
Year of the Fire Horse — Chinese Zodiac Annual Series, Year 1 of 12
Once every sixty years, the fire element meets the horse — an animal that is already fire. The
result is the most blazing, untamable year in the Chinese zodiac. This tea was blended to carry
that energy and honor that tradition.
Two Chinese black teas anchor the cup: Keemun brings wine-like sophistication and a smooth,
almost orchid-scented depth. Royal Yunnan brings honey-gold sweetness and body. Together
they create a base worthy of the tradition they serve. Then the fire arrives. Ginger is the horse’s
heat — bright, forward, unapologetic. Hibiscus turns the cup a deep lucky red, the color of
celebration and good fortune. And underneath it all, the whisper of traditional Chinese five spice
— star anise, cinnamon, cloves, fennel seed, and Sichuan peppercorn — ancient and aromatic,
barely there as individual notes but unmistakable as one warm, unified presence.
The first sip is rich and golden from the Yunnan, then the ginger kicks forward with
unmistakable heat. The five spice settles underneath like a warm foundation you can feel but
can’t quite pull apart — it’s not five flavors, it’s one ancient warmth. The hibiscus adds tartness
that keeps it bright and prevents the spice from ever feeling heavy. It’s bold, dynamic, blazing —
a tea that runs like the horse it’s named for.
Wild Fire is the first tea in our annual Chinese Zodiac Collection. Each year, a new animal. A
new blend. A new collectible card. Twelve years to collect them all. This is where it begins.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes. Includes collectible zodiac card (1/12). Year-round
while supplies last.

WONDERLAND CHARACTER TEAS
PAINT THE ROSES RED Queen of Hearts ♥️
"Off with their heads!" she cried, and the cards trembled. But you? You're not afraid of queens.
Bold, commanding, unapologetic - this is a tea that refuses to apologize for taking up space. Robust Assam black tea provides the throne - malty, strong, utterly confident. Organic rose buds bring the crown, romantic yet regal. Exotic green cardamom adds imperial complexity, the kind of sophisticated spice that speaks of palaces and power. Tart hibiscus delivers the sharp tongue - bright, bold, and absolutely uncompromising. Together they create a cup of deep ruby red, the exact color of roses painted in desperate haste.
The first sip is commanding - strong black tea that means business, then the rose softens just enough to remind you that even queens have hearts. The cardamom weaves through with aromatic intrigue, and the hibiscus adds that tart edge that keeps you on your toes. This tea takes milk if you dare offer it, but never brew it weak. The Queen would have your head.
But wait... there's something curious about this tin. Something besides tea is brewing. Follow the card. Down the rabbit hole we go.
Available in 2oz and 4 oz bags. Includes a very curious playing card. February release.
Curiouser and curiouser...
MEMORIES OF TOMORROW
Queen of Diamonds
“Live backwards,” the White Queen told Alice. “It’s much better for the memory.” And perhaps
she was right — because this tea tastes like remembering something beautiful that hasn’t
happened yet.
Monkey Picked White tea — one of the most prized whites in the world — creates a luminous,
almost ethereal foundation. Jasmine flowers add their intoxicating sweetness, the kind that
makes you close your eyes involuntarily. Dried pear brings soft fruit that’s gentle rather than
bold, and elderflower lifts everything with its sparkling, champagne-like quality. Vanilla pieces
at the base add the faintest warmth, like cashmere against skin.
The first sip is pure light — delicate, luminous, almost transparent in its elegance. The jasmine
blooms slowly, the pear rounds it out with quiet sweetness, and the elderflower adds a sparkle
that makes the whole cup feel alive. The vanilla doesn’t announce itself — it just makes
everything feel softer, warmer, more complete. This is a tea that asks you to be still, to notice the
subtlety, to appreciate what’s gentle rather than bold.
Memories of Tomorrow is for dreamers, for those who live a little bit ahead of the present
moment, for anyone who has ever felt nostalgia for something they haven’t experienced yet. The
White Queen would approve.
Available in 2oz or 4oz sizes. Includes collectible playing card.
