RAVEN'S CALL

SNOW OWL (Winter Owl)

Meet the Owl in her winter form - the contemplative counterpart to our bold Raven's Call, and the first in our seasonal Owl series that shifts with the turning year.

The first sip is brisk and berry-forward - the Ceylon comes through clean and bright, then the pomegranate adds its distinctive tartness, and the elderberries bloom with dark fruit complexity. The dual mints arrive like winter wind, cooling and clarifying, making this surprisingly invigorating despite being a black tea. IRISH BREAKFAST

This isn’t your hotel lobby breakfast tea. This is the real thing — the kind of cup that could wake

the dead in Galway and send them out the door whistling.

Three black teas build the foundation: bold Assam brings the malty muscle, Ceylon adds

brightness and briskness, and Keemun brings a subtle wine-dark depth that most breakfast teas

never bother with. Then we did something no one else does — a pinch of Irish moss, the sea

vegetable that gives this cup a barely-there mineral quality, like salt air coming through an open

SPRING OWL

Meet the Owl in her spring form — the awakening counterpart to Snow Owl’s winter

contemplation, trading frost and berries for cherry blossoms and warm sunshine.

Ceylon black tea is the guardian base, the same steady presence that carries every Owl through

every season. Dried strawberries and dried cherries bring the orchard to life — bright berry

sweetness paired with darker fruit depth. Then the cherry blossoms arrive, and this is where

Spring Owl becomes something special: the whole cherry tree in a cup, fruit and flower together,

the way spring actually works in nature. Honey crystals at the finish add the gentlest kiss of

ECLIPSE OF A CROW MOON

This tea was born at 4:00 AM on March 3, 2026, during the total eclipse of the Blood Crow

Moon over Albuquerque, New Mexico. Every ingredient was chosen by intuition as the shadow

crossed the moon’s face. That provenance is unrepeatable. The eclipse will never happen again

exactly this way. Neither will this tea.

Two black tea bases carry the story: Ceylon is the Owl — the guardian, the steady keeper who

stands watch. Assam is the Raven — the carrier, the dark flight that takes your message into the

eclipse and brings it back transformed. Together they hold the cup with quiet authority. Jasmine

and honeysuckle arrive as equal voices — two night-blooming flowers that release their scent

only in the dark, the whisper of spring arriving under a blood moon. Spearmint is the turning

point — the moment the air shifts, the shadow breaks, that cool clarity right before the light

returns. And blood orange peel is the blood moon herself — warm, bittersweet, glowing.

When the celebrations wind down and it's time to find peace in the quiet winter evening, Yuletide Moonlight offers gentle comfort without caffeine. Naturally sweet organic rooibos and calming organic chamomile flowers create a soothing foundation that's perfect for the whole family. Warming organic cinnamon bark and nutmeg bring cozy spice, while sweet apple pieces and allspice add layers of gentle flavor. WILD FIRE

Year of the Fire Horse — Chinese Zodiac Annual Series, Year 1 of 12

Once every sixty years, the fire element meets the horse — an animal that is already fire. The

result is the most blazing, untamable year in the Chinese zodiac. This tea was blended to carry

that energy and honor that tradition.

Two Chinese black teas anchor the cup: Keemun brings wine-like sophistication and a smooth,

almost orchid-scented depth. Royal Yunnan brings honey-gold sweetness and body. Together

they create a base worthy of the tradition they serve. Then the fire arrives. Ginger is the horse’s

heat — bright, forward, unapologetic. Hibiscus turns the cup a deep lucky red, the color of

THE WONDERLAND COLLECTION

"Curiouser and curiouser..."

Some tea parties are more than they seem. This one certainly is.

The Wonderland Collection launches with a mystery, a fundraiser, and eight extraordinary character-inspired blends that prove tea can be whimsical, collectible, and seriously delicious all at once. Each 2oz tin comes with its own collectible playing card, because what's a Mad Hatter's tea party without a game of cards?

This collection serves a dual purpose: introducing new customers to The Owl and The Raven through approachable, story-driven blends while raising funds for the Willow Foundation New Mexico through our Mad Hatter's Tea Party fundraising event. It's Alice meeting activism, wonder meeting purpose, and really good tea meeting people who might not have discovered us otherwise.

The adventure begins in February with Paint the Roses Red - bold, commanding, and carrying a very curious playing card with a QR code that leads somewhere unexpected. Follow the rabbit hole through spring, and all will be revealed at the Mad Hatter's Tea Party in May/June 2026, where the complete collection launches with proper English tea service, Wonderland atmosphere, and the kind of magic that happens when community gathers for a good cause.
